From a viewpoint in Kristiansand, you can see most of the city centre. The viewpoint was formerly used to tell people if there were any fires in Kristiansand, by hoisting a red flag. It was apparently popular among the kids in the upper parts of the town, according to a news piece by the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) from 2012 (in Norwegian).
The view is pretty amazing, especially on a nice summer day. This picture was taken in July of 2013.
