Fevik is a place in the outskirts of Grimstad in south-Norway. We stayed at a hotel that apparently was a hotel Roald Dahl used to stay at, which I can understand with the view we had from our room. Since it’s a place slightly in the outskirts, it seemed like a place that would be most practical to stay at with an own car.
This picture was taken late July 2016, during the roadtrip down and across Denmark, up the west coast of Sweden, and down the east coast of Norway. One of the things that defined the roads in parts of Sweden and parts of Norway were the trees along the motorways. Pretty much only trees, not really a lot of things to see unless you really love forested areas.
