The McDonald’s in Kristiansand is more known than you might think. It often appears in articles of the fanciest McDonald’s, and to be fair, it is pretty cool.
The building was originally built as a bank in 1897, and was used as a bank building up until 1990. The entrance to the fast food place is next door now, and the actual entrance is used for a different purpose now (Bankkjelleren, a place that can be rented for parties with catering).
This picture was taken in late November 2015, and the McDonald’s itself can be found in the crossing of Dronningens gate and Markens gate.
